Kolaz Infotainment provides advertising and marketing solutions as per the agreed scope with the client. The company reserves the right to modify, refuse, or terminate any service at its discretion.
- Provide all necessary materials, access, and approvals required for service execution.
- Ensure content and materials supplied comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.
- Make timely payments as per the agreed terms.
- Payment structure, including advance payments and instalment schedules, will be communicated in the service agreement.
- Late payments may attract penalties or service suspension.
- Any third-party expenses (advertising spend, domain purchases, hosting fees, etc.) are borne by the client.
- Content and materials created by Kolaz Infotainment remain its property until full payment is received.
- After full payment, the client obtains non-exclusive rights to use the deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
- Kolaz Infotainment retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
- Kolaz Infotainment shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold Kolaz Infotainment harmless against any claims resulting from content provided by the client.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice of [insert duration].
- Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be cleared, and services will be discontinued accordingly.
- Any cancellation of ongoing campaigns or projects may be subject to cancellation fees.
Kolaz Infotainment reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
